Law360, New York (November 29, 2011, 10:02 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Tuesday affirmed an administrative law judge's finding that smartphones made by Taiwan-based HTC Corp. do not violate a FlashPoint Technology Inc. digital image manipulation patent.
The commission determined that “the accused HTC Android smartphones and the accused HTC [Windows Phone 7] smartphones do not infringe” U.S. Patent Number 6,262,769, the ITC said in a notice.
