Chinese Solar Panel Makers Reject Unfair Trade Claims

Law360, New York (November 30, 2011, 2:20 PM EST) -- A coalition of Chinese solar panel manufacturers reportedly are urging U.S. officials to eschew political or emotional considerations as they probe whether the Chinese companies have been selling solar panels in the U.S. at unfair prices and receiving illegal government subsidies.
