Upper Deck CEO Wants Out Of Abdul-Jabbar’s Likeness Suit

Inc. should be dropped from basketball icon Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s suit accusing the trading card company of using his likeness without permission, an attorney for Upper Deck told a California state judge on Wednesday.
