Law360, New York (November 30, 2011, 8:12 PM EST) -- Boeing Co. and a machinists union have reached a deal to keep production of the company’s next-generation 737 in Washington state, the union said Wednesday, an agreement that could end the National Labor Relations Board’s suit over Boeing’s relocation of a Washington facility to South Carolina.
