CVS' $34M Overtime Settlement Faces Questions

Law360, New York (November 30, 2011, 10:07 PM ET) -- A federal judge Wednesday questioned the fairness of a proposed $34 million class action settlement with CVS Pharmacy Inc. in 11 wage-and-hour suits over the pharmacy services provider’s alleged failure to pay proper overtime to assistant store managers.
