Law360, New York (December 01, 2011, 7:12 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Wednesday refused to dismiss a class action brought by Super Bowl XLV ticket holders who were denied seats at the game, saying it was too early to toss the plaintiffs' breach of contract claims against the National Football League.
