Google, Facebook Join 7th Circ. Porn Row To Defend Links

Law360, New York (December 1, 2011, 6:19 PM EST) -- Google Inc. and Facebook Inc. on Wednesday told the Seventh Circuit that a lower court had bucked precedent by finding a Web company can be held liable for linking to copyright-infringing content in a dispute between a pornographic website and a file-sharing service.
