Clorox Settles Calif. Claims Over Underfilled Bleach Bottles

Law360, New York (December 01, 2011, 7:45 PM ET) -- The Clorox Co. has agreed not to use misleading packaging for its bleach products as part of a settlement over claims that it deceived customers by filling up some specialty bleach bottles only 80 percent of the way, a California district attorney announced Wednesday.
