House Bill Would Open Door To Private FCPA Suits

Law360, New York (December 01, 2011, 6:10 PM ET) -- Rep. Ed Perlmutter, D-Colo., on Wednesday introduced a bill in the U.S. House of Representatives that would for the first time allow private entities to sue for damages for violations of the the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
