'House' Producers Accused Of Drinking, Sex Face Trial

Law360, Los Angeles (December 01, 2011, 6:00 PM ET) -- A former staffer on the hit television show “House M.D.” who claims the show's producers regularly got drunk and had sex on set will be allowed to plead his sexual harassment and discrimination case in front of a jury, a California judge indicated Thursday.

California Superior Court Judge Richard Fruin said he wanted jurors to determine whether Carl Jones had been booted from the television show because he refused to partake in the raunchy activities that were allegedly going on while the show was being produced....
