Judge Nixes IBM's Protest Of $12B VA Tech Contract

Law360, New York (December 1, 2011, 9:54 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs properly denied IBM Corp.'s bid to get part of a $12 billion information technology upgrade contract, a federal judge ruled in a decision unsealed Thursday, saying the agency conducted a reasonable and documented cost-value analysis.
