Syntec False Claims Class Bid Denied As FDA Closes In

Law360, Los Angeles (December 2, 2011, 7:46 PM EST) -- A California judge on Friday denied certification to a putative class of consumers accusing Syntec Inc. of making false claims about its dietary supplements, a day after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration seized allegedly misbranded supplements from the company’s Wis. facility.
