Law360, New York (December 02, 2011, 5:56 PM ET) -- China Telecom Corp. and China Unicom (Hong Kong) Ltd. offered Friday to reform their pricing practices, asking the country's antitrust enforcer to end its investigation into whether the state-owned enterprises have abused their dominance in the broadband market.
