Ramco-Gershenson Grabs Stake In Retail Center For $38M

Law360, New York (December 05, 2011, 3:56 PM ET) -- Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust has purchased about 50 percent of a shopping center in a St. Louis suburb for $37.8 million, its second retail acquisition in the region this year, the trust said Monday.

The real estate investment trust, based in Farmington Hills, Mich., has bought 145,000 square feet of the Town & Country Crossing shopping center to the west of St. Louis, it said in a statement. Target Corp., which has a store in the complex, owns the other 137,000 square feet, Ramco-Gershenson said.
