Law360, New York (December 05, 2011, 9:54 PM ET) -- Delaware consumers hit software developer Carrier IQ Inc. and several major wireless and technology companies, including Apple Inc. and AT&T Inc., with a potential class action Friday alleging a Carrier IQ application secretly collected a range of smartphone users’ personal data without permission.
