NFL Head Injury Suits Remain In Calif. Federal Court

Law360, Los Angeles (December 05, 2011, 8:24 PM ET) -- A California federal judge refused Monday to remand to California state court three lawsuits claiming the National Football League and helmet-maker Riddell Inc. failed to protect players from the long-term risks of concussions, the same day 12 former players filed a similar suit in New Jersey.
