Fabric Co. Asks 9th Circ. To Revive Aeropostale IP Suits

Law360, Los Angeles (December 05, 2011, 8:28 PM ET) -- Fabric maker L.A. Printex Industries Inc. told the Ninth Circuit on Monday that Aeropostale Inc. should be on the hook for infringing two of its copyrighted designs because the retailer did not prove in two previous cases that the designs were invalid nor that it had access to them.
