Lucky, Sunglass Hut Latest To Face ZIP Code Actions

Law360, Washington (December 06, 2011, 5:45 PM ET) -- Sunglass Hut Trading LLC and Lucky Brand Dungarees Stores Inc. were each hit with a putative class action Monday alleging they illegally required ZIP code information from consumers when purchasing goods, continuing a rash of California ZIP code litigation in recent months.
