Shearman & Sterling To Match Cravath's Year-End Bonuses

Law360, New York (December 06, 2011, 6:16 PM ET) -- Shearman & Sterling LLP confirmed Tuesday that it would be doling out $37,500 year-end bonuses to seventh-year and above associates, becoming the latest firm to match a benchmark set by Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP.

The firm isn't overlooking the classes of 2010 through 2005, either: first-year associates will receive $7,500; second-year associates will receive $10,000; third-year associates will receive $15,000; fourth-year associates will receive $20,000; fifth-year associates will receive $25,000; and sixth-year associates will receive $30,000, Shearman & Sterling spokesman Ron Brandsdorfer confirmed Tuesday....
