LexisNexis Misuses Consumer Insurance Info: Rival

Law360, New York (December 07, 2011, 5:43 PM ET) -- Reed Elsevier Inc.'s legal research service LexisNexis has gained an unfair advantage in the market for insurance software by illegally buying and aggregating consumer reports, a rival company said in a lawsuit removed to California federal court last week.
