Law360, New York (December 06, 2011, 4:30 PM ET) -- An Indiana appeals court on Monday overturned a ruling in favor of two waste management companies in their row with insurers over asbestos claims, finding they are not entitled to coverage because the policies covered their predecessors and were not transferred.
