Sprint Asks Judge Not To Delay AT&T Trial

Law360, New York (December 06, 2011, 7:16 PM ET) -- Sprint Nextel Corp. asked a Washington federal judge on Tuesday not to postpone a trial on its suit seeking to block AT&T Inc.'s $39 billion acquisition of T-Mobile USA Inc. until after the government's related antitrust suit is resolved, saying it must happen before the deal goes through.
