Law360, New York (December 06, 2011, 9:00 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Monday agreed to allow American Express Co. to arbitrate the claims of two plaintiffs in a putative class concerning allegedly unauthorized charges to their bank accounts from a private equity-owned consumer discount club service.
