Reader's Digest Called Out Over Supersized Mag Editions

Law360, New York (December 7, 2011, 6:35 PM EST) -- The Reader's Digest Association Inc. was hit with a proposed class action on Tuesday over its supersized editions of Every Day with Rachael Ray and The Family Handyman magazines by a New Jersey resident claiming the publisher ripped off subscribers by counting the big issues as two.
