Insurers Must Back Massey Against Injury, Damage Claims

Law360, New York (December 06, 2011, 9:55 PM ET) -- A West Virginia judge on Monday ruled that a group of insurers are required to defend Massey Energy Co. in an underlying suit alleging its coal mining operations caused bodily harm and property damage to private individuals.
