Law360, New York (December 07, 2011, 3:57 PM ET) -- Curtis Mallet-Prevost Colt & Mosle LLP has added three lawyers from Thum & Cie to its Frankfurt corporate practice, including the German firm's founder Oliver Thum, in a boost to its mergers and acquisitions, tax, and private equity capabilities, Curtis said Monday.
Thum, whose practice focuses on midmarket M&A, private equity, venture capital and corporate restructuring, joins Curtis as a partner, the firm said.
