Law360, New York (December 07, 2011, 1:25 PM ET) -- Business information companies Dun & Bradstreet Inc. and Equifax Inc. reached a settlement Tuesday in a case where Dun & Bradstreet claimed one of its ex-workers helped Equifax steal trade secrets and try to poach multimillion-dollar client Farmers Insurance Group.
Dun & Bradstreet's suit, filed in Illinois federal court in February, claims that former employee Kevin Brimberry left for Equifax and breached an agreement not to solicit his former customers. Brimberry is also a defendant in the case, and is not a party to the settlement....
