Judge Tosses Dykstra's Attempt To Restrain Ex-Manager

Law360, New York (December 7, 2011, 7:07 PM EST) -- A California judge refused Monday to issue a restraining order against a man who ran Lenny Dykstra's Twitter account, saying the ex-baseball player — who is facing bankruptcy fraud charges — didn't present enough evidence to warrant the order for himself and his family.

“You allowed him [defendant Dan Herman] to manage your Twitter account," Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Carol Boas Goodson said, advising Dykstra to "close it down or clarify any false statements."
