Security Guard Claims Kroger's Pay Policies Are Rotten

Law360, New York (December 7, 2011, 5:22 PM EST) -- Grocery giant The Kroger Co. Inc. and its Ralphs California supermarket chain were hit with a class action Tuesday from a former security guard who alleges Ralphs guards are routinely denied overtime pay and required breaks during their shifts.

The complaint also includes 10 unnamed defendants who are “partners, agents, owners, shareholders, managers or employees of" either Ralphs or Kroger.
