Atar Wins Reduction of Pasta Import Duties

Law360, Los Angeles (December 7, 2011, 5:09 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce told the U.S. Court of International Trade on Monday that it has lowered the dumping margin on pasta imported by Italy-based Atar SRL From 14.45 percent to 11.76 percent after a court order to recalculate the duty.
