Philips Asks 9th Circ. To Sweep Back $2M After IP Win

Law360, Los Angeles (December 7, 2011, 5:56 PM EST) -- An attorney for U.S. Philips Corp. asked the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday to find KBC Bank NV in contempt and order it to return $1.9 million transferred to it by the defendant in an underlying patent infringement suit eventually won by the electronics maker.
