Apple, AT&T’s Bid To Bar IP Defendants Using AIA Fails

Law360, New York (December 08, 2011, 4:01 PM ET) -- A Delaware federal judge on Wednesday rejected Apple Inc. and AT&T Mobility LLC's claim that the patent reform law should have barred SoftView LLC from adding 18 additional defendants to its patent infringement lawsuit against them.
