Law360, New York (December 08, 2011, 7:55 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Thursday announced it is seeking public comment on allegations raised by a sex toy manufacturer that several companies are infringing its patents for its line of “kinesiotherapy” bedroom devices.
The ITC said it was considering opening a Section 337 investigation over a complaint lodged by Standard Innovation Corp. that alleges nearly 20 companies in the U.S. and abroad are either manufacturing, distributing or selling knockoffs of Standard Innovation's patented “We-Vibe” sex toy.
