Fed. Circ. Affirms Cephalon Win In Generic Fentora IP Suit

Law360, New York (December 08, 2011, 2:46 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday upheld a Delaware court's ruling that Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc.’s proposed generic version of Fentora infringes Cephalon Inc.’s patent for the painkiller.

The appeals court affirmed the lower court's ruling in a nonprecedential, per curiam decision that did not offer an explanation for the decision.
