Law360, New York (December 08, 2011, 7:40 PM ET) -- Former stock trader Garrett Bauer pled guilty Thursday in New Jersey federal court to participating in a 15-year, $37 million insider trading scheme that relied on information from a former Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC attorney.
Bauer, 44, pled guilty to counts of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, securities fraud, conspiracy to commit money laundering and obstruction of justice, according to prosecutors.
