Wiz Khalifa Marketer Sues For More Of Record Co.'s Profits

Law360, New York (December 8, 2011, 6:59 PM EST) -- A company that provided marketing services for rapper Wiz Khalifa's 2009 album "Deal or No Deal" sued Babygrande Records Inc. Wednesday in New York state court, claiming that the label failed to pay the full amount due under the contract.

New York-based Malbon Brothers Farms LLC claims in its lawsuit that under its contract, Babygrande is required to pay 20 percent of all net profits from the album, but that it has paid far less than that.
