Mexican Co. Must Face Oil Workers' Suit Over Sunken Ship

Law360, New York (December 08, 2011, 7:45 PM ET) -- A Texas appeals court ruled Thursday that it has jurisdiction over a negligence at sea suit brought by Mexican oil rig workers on board a ship that sank in the Gulf of Mexico, finding the company involved had sufficient business ties to Texas.
