Cleveland Casino Grows Footprint With $36.5M Hotel Buy

Law360, New York (December 9, 2011, 2:06 PM EST) -- The owners of Ohio's first casino, set to open in March in Cleveland, will pay $36.5 million for a Ritz-Carlton hotel and an attached office tower just blocks from the planned casino, the company announced Friday.

Rock Ohio Caesars said it will exercise an option to buy the properties from its developer, Forest City Enterprises Inc.
