Law360, New York (December 09, 2011, 3:07 PM ET) -- Business center provider Regus PLC has leased two floors of a newly renovated office building in Manhattan from W&H Properties Inc., underscoring the success of the building’s $80 million overhaul, W&H announced Thursday.
Regus, which operates roughly 24 locations in New York, is moving to 112 West 34th Street from an office around the corner, joining an influx of tenants to the transformed 26-story building, W&H said. The terms of the lease remain confidential.
