DOJ Seeks To Delay Suit Over AT&T, T-Mobile Merger

Law360, Washington (December 09, 2011, 12:52 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Justice asked a Washington federal judge on Friday to postpone its suit seeking to block AT&T Inc.'s merger with T-Mobile USA Inc. beyond the currently scheduled February trial date, given AT&T's recent withdrawal of its application for Federal Communications Commission approval.
