Law360, New York (December 9, 2011, 6:38 PM EST) -- Beleaguered evangelical group Crystal Cathedral Ministries asked a California bankruptcy judge Thursday to reject real estate firm CBRE's bid for a $575,000 commission from the $57.5 million sale of the group's megachurch property, saying CBRE was never actually retained as a broker.
