Law360, New York (December 09, 2011, 10:33 PM ET) -- The U.S. trustee for Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. on Friday urged a New York bankruptcy court to reject the company's bid to hire Gleacher & Co. Inc. as its financial adviser for the potential sale of its Archstone property portfolio.
U.S. Trustee Tracy Hope Davis claims in a written objection that Lehman has already retained Lazard Freres & Co. LLC for the services it laid out in its Gleacher application and that the proposed fees the firm would be paid are unreasonable.
