Law360, New York (December 12, 2011, 2:24 PM ET) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation refused Friday to unite six proposed class actions in Ohio and elsewhere claiming consumer discount club service Trilegiant Corp. Inc., a private equity firm and several banks and retailers conspired to charge fees to unsuspecting customers.
