Argentine Firms Won't Share In BofA $410M Settlement

Law360, Chicago (December 12, 2011, 2:40 PM ET) -- A Florida federal judge shot down attempts by two Argentine law firms Thursday to participate in the allocation of attorneys' fees tied to Bank of America NA's $410 million settlement in a multidistrict litigation accusing banks of charging customers exorbitant overdraft fees.
