DOJ Challenge Put On Ice As AT&T Rethinks T-Mobile Deal

Law360, New York (December 12, 2011, 3:33 PM ET) -- AT&T Inc. is considering revising its $39 billion merger with T-Mobile USA Inc. in the face of a federal antitrust challenge, the company said Monday as a Washington federal judge agreed to put the litigation on hold until mid-January.
