Law360, New York (December 12, 2011, 4:58 PM ET) -- An Alabama federal judge on Monday limited discovery to whether her court has jurisdiction over two of the three counts in a proposed class action accusing TWS Marketing Group Inc. of falsely marketing its HomeMaker Premium orange juice.
