Slaying A 'Zombie' No Easy Task For Limited Partners

Law360, New York (December 14, 2011, 6:03 PM EST) -- Many private equity limited partners suspect their money may be tied up in unprofitable zombie funds, according to one investment firm, and lawyers say there are few good choices for seeking remedy.

A surprising 57 percent of limited partners in North America think they have invested in such funds, according to a Dec. 12 survey by London-based Coller Capital.
