Law360, New York (December 12, 2011, 9:28 PM ET) -- The Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP partner overseeing the liquidation of MF Global Inc. under the Securities Investor Protection Act defended himself Monday against alleged conflicts of interest, saying his firm was disinterested in the outcome of the case.
