Ex-Dow Scientist Faces 87 Months For Economic Espionage

Law360, New York (December 13, 2011, 2:38 PM EST) -- Prosecutors asked an Indiana federal judge on Monday to sentence a former Dow AgroSciences LLC researcher to more than seven years in prison for stealing $300 million worth of trade secrets and sending them to China and Germany.
