Law360, New York (December 13, 2011, 6:06 PM ET) -- Warner Chilcott Co. LLC sued Lupin Ltd. in New Jersey federal court Monday, alleging Lupin's proposed generic version of the chewable oral contraceptive Generess Fe infringes a Warner Chilcott patent.
According to the suit, Lupin notified Warner Chilcott in October of its plans for a generic version of the contraceptive.
